SM Fragrances Returns/Refund Policy - PLEASE READ ALL
If you are not happy with the scent you ordered from us, or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please do not worry, you have up to 30 days to return it for a full refund.
To complete your return, you’ll need:
# Proof of purchase
# A reason for return (for our records)
For a full, no-quibble refund, the scent must:
1) Be unopened and in its original packaging
2) Have been ordered under 14 days previously
3) Be undamaged
4) We don’t accept refunds for products that have been opened or tested. If you’re not sure that you’ll like the scent, we recommend purchasing a 5ml sample tube before committing to buy a 50ml bottle.
What happens next?
Get in touch with our customer service team via our 'contact us' page. If you could provide us with as much information as possible about why you want to return your order, that would help to speed up the process. One of our team members will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
Next, we’ll ask you to return your item to us.
Please note, you’ll need to pay shipping costs, unless you’re returning a defective or damaged item. We cannot guarantee the safety of the item in the post and take no responsibility if it is lost. That’s why we recommend using a courier or signed-for service, especially for larger orders.
Refunding your purchase
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.
If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to look into it for you. You may want to contact your bank or credit card company too, as processing times can differ from bank to bank.
What about sale items?
Unfortunately, all items in our sale are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Do you exchange items?
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, notify us via our contact page, then send your item to the address that we give you.
